Founded by Sarah Hundt in 2018, Hundt Law has progressively expanded in size and impact each year since its inception. Sarah’s reputation as a go-to Property, Development and Commercial lawyer is built on over 20 years working across legal and commercial roles in the real estate and development industry.Sarah has been recognised as a 2023 Finalist for Real Estate Partner of the Year, which is a recognition amongst all law firm leaders across Australia. Sarah was also nominated for the 40 Under 40 Awards for Queensland Leaders for 2023.
The breadth of Sarah’s experience in the Property and Development industry has spanned from small to large scale acquisitions and divestments to advising and directly managing some of the nation’s leading property developers of large-scale, high-end mixed-use residential developments, in both in-house and private legal practice roles.
Sarah is one of the very few lawyers with an ability to draw from such a wealth of industry experience to help clients get the results and outcomes they’re after and this has set Hundt Law apart with the ability to balance client’s commercial objectives while skillfully managing the legal framework.
Based on Sarah’s unique perspective when it comes to serving clients, Hundt Law pursues a new direction in legal services, which adopts a collaborative approach with the client to assist with carrying out the commercial objectives of the client as well as innovative technologies to strengthen client experience and enhance our impact in the community.
Sarah is an active member of the Queensland Law Society and has been admitted in the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Queensland.

Office: (07) 3741 6905Richard is an experienced lawyer who has provided legal advice to government, private, not-for-profit, and high net worth clients on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters, along with advice specific to the charities and not-for-profits sector.
Richard has been admitted in the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Queensland.
He is the Deputy Chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Not-for-profit Law Committee, a member of the Institute of Community Directors, along with a member of the ACNC Professional Adviser Forum.
He is also a member of the management committee for Queensland Shelter, a not-for-profit peak body for the social housing and homelessness sector in Queensland.
